Terms
Last updated October 27, 2026.
These are the terms for using Estalogue, the app and this website, made by the people who build it (“we”). By using Estalogue you agree to them. They are short because the product is young; they will grow as it does, and a change that matters is posted here before it applies.
What Estalogue is
Estalogue is an assistant for real estate professionals. It keeps what you tell it about your clients, turns it into follow-up tasks with reminders, and answers your questions from those records.
The assistant can be wrong
The assistant’s replies are written by an AI model. It can misunderstand what you said, save a detail to the wrong client, miss a date, or answer wrongly. It shows you what it saved, and every detail says where it came from: check what matters before you rely on it, especially amounts, dates and anything you will tell a client.
A reminder depends on your iPhone allowing Estalogue’s notifications. Do not let a deadline that matters rest on Estalogue alone.
Not advice
Nothing Estalogue shows you is legal, financial, tax or real estate advice. It does not replace your professional judgment, your broker, or a lawyer. Decisions about your clients and your transactions are yours.
Your account
You need an account to use the app, and you are responsible for what is done with it. Keep your phone and your sign-in to yourself; your client records are behind them.
Your content and your clients’ information
What you record is yours. You give us the permission needed to store it and to process it as the privacy page describes, and nothing more.
Much of what you record is about your clients. You are responsible for that information: for having the right to record it, for keeping it accurate, and for following the laws and rules that apply to you and your work, including fair housing laws, privacy laws, and your brokerage’s and MLS’s rules. Do not record information you are not allowed to keep, and do not record Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, or health information.
Acceptable use
Do not use Estalogue to break the law, to discriminate against anyone, to harass or harm a person, to record information about someone you have no business reason to keep, to probe or overload the service, or to build a competing service by extracting it. We may suspend an account that does.
No warranty
Estalogue is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from its use or from its being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Estalogue at any time and delete your account in the app, at Me › Data & privacy › Delete account; the privacy page says what that erases. We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken, and will say why.
Changes
The date at the top is the date of the last change. A change that matters is posted here before it applies, with the date it applies from.
